Door MDF with PVC membrane foil.

Doors are made of 18 mm thick PVC Foiled MDF of E1 grade, as per  IS12406 Grade II.

Doors are provided with Sliding fitting with soft close on both the sides  (Experience while closing and opening of the door)

Option 5:

Door MDF with PU paint.

Doors are made of 18 mm thick PU painted MDF of E1 grade, as  per IS12406 Grade 11 . Doors are provided with Sliding fitting  with soft close on both the sides

(experience while closing and opening of the door)

All above doors are also provided with the door bend  adjustment fitting to adjust the warpage of the door.

Material:

All the carcass panels for the Wardrobe unit are made of 18 mm Thick Prelaminated Particle Board EN312, E1 grade, with all the  edges edge banded with 0.8 mm thick PVC lipping. Back panel of the carcass and Drawer bottom panels are made of 9 mm Thick  Prelaminated Particle Board EN312, E1 grade and are fixed in the grooves.

The High quality LED lights with Rated output power 11.52Watt/Mtr, DC Voltage is 24V & LED color temp 4000K. LED driver with Input  Voltage 90-264VAC, input Current 0.4A@230VAC, Output voltage 24VDC & Output current 1.05A with BIS Certified. Output Overload  & output over voltage protection are inbuilt. Dual door triggered I.R. sensor with input voltage 12-24VDC,Power 60 Watt, Range 5-  8Cm.The sensors are with IP protection rating IP20.
