Diwan bed is made in PLT in dark walnut finish which gels with décor with ease. The diwan can be converted to queen bed via pull out mechanism that is unidirectional castors are fitted at base , which helps in easy forward and backward movement. The transformation for diwan to bed and vice versa is smooth, effortless without any noise and it requires a slight pull. Two mattresses are stacked side by side for superior sleeping comfort. The unit is optimized to provide twin drawer storage below the second mattress. Shutters are provided for easy accessibility at storage. Also, there are 3 level of storages provide at backrest for keeping small handy items, books etc.

All the panels of Diwan bed are made of 15 mm Thick Prelaminated Particle Board EN312, E2 grade, with all the edges edge banded
with 0.8 mm thick PVC lipping.
Front side of the Diwan bed is provided with a metal frame which is made of M.S. ERW TUBE as per IS 7138, 40x20 1.2 thick. The
frame is provided to support the mattress panel. All the metal components are Powder coated with Epoxy polyester powder to the
thickness of 50 microns (±10).
2 mattresses are provided with the product which are made of 75 mm and 140mm Thick respectively and in 28 Density foam. A
removable top cover is provided to cover both the mattresses in the Diwan condition which is Dry Cleanable.
High quality hardware like Cam fasteners, Drawer castors, Support wheels, Magnetic catch, Barrel nut, Corner Brackets, metal inserts,
Handles, screws & dowels are used.

Packets: 1 Diwan bed in 3 packets.
· Diwan cum bed will have 15 mm thick E2P2 grade wooden boards instead of regular 18 mm thick E1P2 boards.
· The product is as per the Quality standards that the brand has always stood for.
· Use of E2 boards means that they will NOT be part of Greenpro certification.
