Technical details of Double Stand
Material – Powder Coated M.S. Round Pipe, Rectangular Pipes & Flat Strips.
Round Pipes – Structure of 38 mm dia, 1.5 mm thick.
Square Pipes – 25 x 25 x 1 mm.
Flat Strips – 20 mm x 3 mm & 100 x 100 x 3 mm thick.
Plastic Round Balls on top of Stands.
Weight of Double Stand – 7.2 to 7.5 kgs.
The Stand is designed to withstand weight of approx 100 kgs of dry / wet waste. There are 3
Vertical Round Pipes of 1120 mm height connected to each other with Square Pipes, Flat
Strips & Round Pipes. The Stands are made in such a way that the dust bins are free to
Oscillate. This design makes easy for Waste pickers to empty the waste from waste bins.
The Base of Stands are designed in such a way that it can be grouted in ground and so can
be fixed at desired position. Powder coating on all the parts prevents the stand from Rusting
for long period.
