Chrysalis Nova Activ, a premium version of Chrysalis is a 7 Function fully motorized ICCU beds which is designed for highest degree of care for patients in the spectrum of Intensive Care to Post-Operative Care featuring Lateral Tilt. It is designed with Intelligent Sense features to create a Healing Environment for the patient with a special focus on Safety of the patient and Caregiver efficiency. The bed works on imported actuators that has proven to be the most effective and efficient motors across globe. The bed provides unparalled safety with PP molded four piece individual safety side-rails covering complete bed length with drop down mechanism. The side boards are Air mattress compatible. All edges are round and bumpers are provided at the corners to avoid any collusion impact on the patient. The head and foot panel are equipped with snap locking with sturdy structure that helps in movement of the bed. 2 separate control panels for attendant is provided with the bed for performing function on the outer side of upper sideboards & 2 nurse control panels on the outer side of lower sideboards. 2 additional patient control panel is also available for patient operation which has limited control located on the inner side of the upper sideboards. A dedicated digital touch control panel is provided to operate features such as Lateral Tilt, Weight measurement, Auto contour position, out of bed exit alarm etc.

Ease of Maintenance

The 4 Section removable ABS top, PP head/foot board and PP Side boards is coated with Anti Microbial reagent for bacterial protection make maintenance aboslutely easy.Understructure with easy access to cleaning is provide.

Care Giver Convenience:The control is provided on attendant panel control panel on the bed for the different functions recommended to critical patient. The panels have a lock feature that can lock the the features on the control panel given to patient. A dedicated ACT(Attendant Control Touch), a digital touch control Panel is mounted on t he legboard to access special features like Lateral Tilt, weight measurement, out of bed exit alarm, shock position, auto contour position, under bed light etc.

Lateral Tilt & Weight Measurement

Providing care for immobile patients is challenging for the nurse as well as the patient himself. Chrysalis Nova Activ with its Lateral Tilt Feature, helps the caregiver to turn/move the patient with minimal effort thereby reducing physical effort and time. Benefits for the patient include – increased safety, hygiene and comfort.Measuring Body weight of critically ill patients is challenging for the nurse/doctor. Chrysalis Nova Activ also features a Weight Assist System, helps the caregiver to weigh critically ill patients effectively and accurately (up to 100g). The weight measurement can be done effectively without moving the patient.
